A genuine leather business card holder is placed on the table. Then a deck of playing card with blue back is presented and magician asks a spectator to choose a card at random. The wallet is now opened and discovers inside a red back card, only one, there is nothing else. When the red card is turn back it corresponds exactly to the blue card randomly selected by the viewer.

Trivia:

As you can be seen by looking at the complete list of tricks, there was no magic tricks output in main collection (numbered with the letter T-) in 1984. It is truly amazing and no official explanation was able to explain the gap of a year. However when you look at the Japanese official website, we discover with surprise that Tenyo has sold this year seven effects extremely differents from each other, but so unusual, did not receive a specific numbering. These tricks look really like effects that could be part of the main collection. Miraculous prophecy is the first of them. On its packaging reads "Best Magician Selection" which suggests that Tenyo did not invent this trick but only adapted for Japanese market. But other effects of this so mysterious year were designed by the own creators of the company as Hiroshi Kondo, Shigeru Sugawara and Hideo Kato.

Un portefeuille en cuir est posé sur la table. Puis un jeu de carte au dos bleu est présenté et on demande à un spectateur de choisir une carte au hasard. Le portefeuille est alors ouvert et on découvre à l'intérieur une carte à dos rouge, une seule, il n'y a rien d'autre. Quand la carte rouge est retournée elle correspond exactement à la carte bleu choisie au hasard par le spectateur.

Anecdotes:

Comme vous l'avez peut être remarqué en regardant la liste complète des tours, il n'y a pas eu de sortie de tours dans collection principale (numéroté avec la lettre T-) en 1984. C'est vraiment étonnant et aucune explication officielle n'a pu expliquer ce vide d'une année. Pourtant quand on regarde le site officiel Japonais, on découvre avec surprise que cette année la Tenyo a commercialisé 7 effets extrêmement différents les uns des autres, mais qui de manière inhabituel n'ont pas bénéficié d'une numérotation spécifique. Ces tours ressemblent pourtant vraiment à des effets qui auraient pu faire parti de la collection principale. Miraculous prophecy est le premier d'entre eux. Sur son emballage on peut lire "Best magician Selection" ce qui laisse à penser que Tenyo n'a pas inventé ce tour mais l'a seulement adapté pour le Japon. Mais d'autres effets de cette année si mystérieuse on été inventés par les créateurs star de l'entreprise comme Hiroshi Kondo, Shigeru Sugawara et Hideo Kato.
