English:
A metal container is shown to the audience and filled with water. A playing card is placed over its mouth and the container and card are turned upside down. With a magic pass, the playing card is removed, but the water remains suspended in the inverted container. After the trick, the water can be poured from the container into a glass tumbler.Trivia:
This effect has been produced several times since its first release. Turthermore, in Japan Tenyo has adapted many magic tricks for the shops located in the Disney theme parks. This partnership with Disney is very prolific and every year new versions of classic from Tenyo are marketed. "Water Suspension" also has a very original version with Mickey. The creators of Tenyo replaced the playing card that is used to hold water by a hat with Mickey's ears! The container is also decorated with Mickey dressed as a magician.

Anecdote:
The effect was invented by Lester Lake in the 1940's , made and sold by Abbott's Magic Co. from around 1946 until the late 1980's, known as "Wa-Ter-Lu".
